The Farms is proud to offer On-Site Maintenance. Submitting a maintenance request is easy! Call or stop by the Leasing Office, or submit your request through your online resident portal via the web or your mobile app. For after-hours maintenance emergencies, please call the Leasing Office and select the option to leave a voicemail for the on-call maintenance technician.
The Farms offers a variety of convenient options to pay your rent. You may pay online in your resident portal via the web or mobile app. You can even set up auto-pay! Checks and money orders are also accepted in the Leasing Office. We are not permitted to accept cash.
We look forward to showing you around The Farms! Scheduling your community tour in advance allows us to prepare floorplans and availability that are specifically tailored to your needs and preferences. It's easy to schedule a tour on a day and time that works for you using the self-scheduler on our website. Of course, you're welcome to stop by our office without an appointment if you'd like.
